Privacy Policy — Pulse for Polymarket by Convicta

This policy explains what the Pulse for Polymarket browser extension and the Convicta service behind it (the "Service") collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Pulse is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in, we store the identifier from your chosen sign-in method — your email address, or your Telegram account ID — so we can recognize your account across sessions.
• Extension usage and settings. To provide the features you use, we store the markets and traders you follow, your alert settings, and the feedback you give on news items. When you open a Polymarket market page, the extension requests that specific market's data (news, analytics, trade markers) from our servers; we process those requests to return the information you see.
• Cookies. We use a single session cookie, pp_session, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not collect your general browsing history. The extension runs only on polymarket.com pages and communicates only with our own servers.
• We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services to profile you.

How we use your information

We use the information above only to operate and improve the Service: to authenticate you, deliver the follows, alerts, and news relevant to the markets you view, and remember your preferences. News items shown in the extension are prepared through automated processing.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on our own servers located in the European Union.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at the address below; we will remove your data after verifying the request.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service.
